. Built the first Farmers Insurance distributed computing data

CSC, with all 60 staff members successfully transitioning. This

all in the middle of the data center build.

. Orchestrated the shutdown of Farmers Data Center in Ohio,

resulting in a $4MM savings while moving the entire Farmers

mainframe to Los Angeles.

. Organized Oklahoma's first AFCOM/DCM (data center manager)

chapter with an average membership of 45. Served as Chapter

President for two years.

. Globally managed over 50k of raised floor in 13 locations within

Farmers and Zurich.

. Maintained budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of

$128m, $15m, and $15m.

. Maintained an employee turnover rate of < 1% for 10 consecutive

From the ground floor, responsible for the hiring of the initial

IT staff. Orchestrated the installation of all servers,

hardware, and facilities infrastructure. Managed outsourcing

contracts for application development, computer operations,

system integration, database administration, desktop support,

and data networking. Prepared and submitted daily and weekly

operations reports to senior management.
