I preformed as an office manager for commercial productions. Duties

included budgeting and petty cash dispersal; managing the PO log; managing

up to 50 crew members on sets and in the office; ordering equipment; hiring

crew; scheduling the shoot; heavy phones; scheduling interviews; filing;

coordination with advertising agency and client; scheduling editing;

arranging flights and transportation; use of personal computers and

software to create various excel formatted documents; answering questions

and handling any situations which might arise relating to the business to

clients, agency personnel, crew, and vendors; updating and processing

resumes into our database; coping and faxing job orders and documents;

process weekly payroll for all employees; made sure that all finances were

taken care of; and often times was required to handle the private affairs

of high profile crew members.

Freelance 2nd Assistant Camera - Los Angeles, CA (Sep. 1994 - Sep. 2003)

I preformed the duties of a 2nd Assistant Camera Operator and Film Loader

in a freelance capacity. Job responsibilities included technical checkup

on all camera gear before the shoot; ordering raw stock film and keeping an

accurate count of every foot of film; loading the film magazines; managing

the camera gear on location; cleaning the gear on location; assisting the

Director of Photography in light measurements, focal length adjustments and

camera setups; marked each scene and kept records of each setup for

accuracy and duplication; requested film to tape transfers of all footage

and sent all footage to the lab for Telecine and color correction.
