thru 4GHz. Ability to do re-work with high density SMT components
competently with Automatic Reflow, or by hand with excellent soldering
skills (with or without microscope). Fully fabricate and test assembly
interconnects with wiring, ribbon, coaxial and semi-rigid coax (RG-402).
Test and modify circuitry or electronic components, debugging and re-
working hardware at board, module, drawer and rack system level. Read
wiring diagrams, drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling
electronics units and to build or modify prototypes. Proficient in
schematic and PCB layout interpretation. Building test set-ups from rough
sketches or plans, technical manuals, or proven working knowledge of
electronic theory and application, using hand and power tools.
Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze
results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Maintain
system logs, write reports, and record data on testing techniques,

results to document testing and operation of equipment to assist engineers
