In the position of Executive Assistant, it also fell to me to prepare for
all Executive meetings including typing,
copying, collating and distributing to attendees all documents
necessary; preparation for these
meetings also included ordering, pickup and preparation of food and
beverage; also physical layout of the room as necessary for number of
attendees
I was also responsible for one complete division of the United Way
campaign. In this regard I was
responsible for the complete division database including demographics
and donation spreadsheets
for gifts; writing and preparing gift request letters to be signed
off by each of the volunteer division
"hosts" on his/her own personal stationery; coordination of set-up
and presentation for a dinner of
approximately 300 guests, with assistance of the Executive Director
and the Communications
