Material Coordinator

I provided daily direction and guidance to employees in the CIF and BAY#1

on the issue and turn-in lines as required by management. Enforced

established supply regulations, policies, procedures and other governing

supply guidelines in accordance with AR710-2, AR 735-5 and DA Pam 710-2-1.

I was also was responsible for key control to include opening/closing and

ensuring security of the building on a daily basis, defused problems

arising in the CIF on OCIE issues with the customers, responsible for

receiving, check-in of stock age from Service Support Activity and issuing

in accordance to shortage at CIF and Bay#1. Utilized the Installation

Support Module to post receive shipments (DD1348) to the property book,

update location surveys and perform lateral transfers of property. I

monitored all stations for possible backlog and assist in reducing backlog,

assisted in the operational flow of issue, turn-in, stocking, and folding

equipment, assisted in briefing customers on the issue and turn-in line,

responsible for the supervision of 65 employees in the absence of the CIF

supervisor and BAY#1 supervisor, and assisted in providing monthly safety

training for all employees. Additional duty as Material coordinator was RFI

program for soldiers who are PCSing CONUS and/or OCONUS shipping OCIE

equipment and shipped shortage to different CIFS' throughout the United

States using Transportation Form DD1149. Conducted semi-annual inventory to

insure proper accountability of equipment in accordance on hand quantity

authorize.
