Lisa Pelliciotti was employed by my lawfirm for approximately three

years, during which time she served as my personal legal secretary. I

headed a trial division of my firm which kept Lisa very busy.

Preparation for trial involves a tremendous amount of effort in

preparing documents and exhibits, issuing trial subpoenas, contacting

and coordinating witnesses and experts, not to mention working long hours

on weekends prior to the trial to prepare the file for trial. Lisa

worked diligently at my side and excelled in trial preparation skills.

In addition thereto, although I referred to Lisa as my legal secretary,

in reality she was more akin to a paralegal, in that she kept my files

diaried and always moving forward. It was common for Lisa to review

extremely large files I was handling and extract all of the documents

necessary to properly respond to Requests for Production, or to review

files and rough draft answers to Interrogatories, etc., all without my

assistance. I was always certain that any task which I assigned to

Lisa, no matter how difficult, would be completed expeditiously and

professionally, with never a complaint. In addition to her outstanding

professional skills, I found Lisa Pelliciottito be a very loyal,

hard-working, and always meticulously on time.

The best way that I can sum up my assessment of, and praise for, Lisa is

to tell you that in my twenty-eight years experience as an attorney I

have had many good legal secretaries, but only two which I would

consider to be great legal secretaries, and Lisa Pelliciotti is one of

them. I highly recommend her.

I can strongly recommend Lisa as a legal secretary. She was my

Secretary for almost two years and was highly skilled and very well

organized.

She was responsible for just about everything, including my scheduling,

dictation, and handling the phones in a busy law office.

Despite the fact that she had available support to handle the dictation,

she insisted on taking care of it herself so that she could ensure that it

was done correctly. Lisa was always on time and motivated to do a good

job.

Overall, I can highly recommend Lisa as a legal secretary and would

Most certainly re-hire her if I had a position available.

If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me.
