local legal assurance manager including OSHA and EPA Storm Water

Construction Management and Project Engineering

. Performed contract management, project procurement, pre-bid

management, project scheduling using critical path methodology, and

close out procedures.

. Executive liaison and communications including progress meeting

facilitator, design process meetings, budgetary meetings and progress

reports, sub-contractor and vendor negotiations, RFI facilitator, and

contract document tracking, .

. Technical management including submittal review; shop drawing review;

materials scheduling, tracking, and inventory (compare receivables to

submittals); assist in design build; and quality management.

Unique experience involved performing for a General Contractor while the

Owner negotiated a merger/take over of project management. Employed with

both companies at one time to ensure smooth transition, new sub-contractor

negotiations; managed both companies risk, and managed the relations of two

separately employed work forces, contractors, and vendors. Retention of

management position was included in the negotiated take over. Maintained

project schedules, client deliverables, and budgets through out the take

over process.
