2006-2007 - Handpicked by the Commanding Officer (USS Carl Vinson) to lead
the Command Sponsor and Indoctrination Division.
- Co- Authored several operating procedures including the
first official Sponsor / Indoctrination handbook.
- Led 90 personnel in the outfitting and rehabilitation work
of 240 compartments with a 35% production rate increase and
zero safety casualties.
- Planned and executed 250 mission critical jobs during the
