MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

• Reporting directly to construction Manager.

• Coordinate with a team of surveyors, quality control inspectors and monitoring of day

today activities, including installation and hook-up construction, hydro-test, leak testing,

flushing, pigging.

• Interpretation and mark-up of ISOMETRICS and P and ID, ensuring workers understand

the job.

• Ensure the drawing are correctly interpreted and carried out including field inspection,

testing requirements to ensure quality of works and meets the specifications.

• Mainly responsible for motivating workers in completing their targets and company’s

objectives and goals.

• Identified punch lists, witness tests and signing of required documents to facilitate pre-

commissioning and commissioning activities.

• Ensure subcontractors and contractors strictly adheres to Health, Safety, Environment

and Quality objectives and Guidelines.

• Ensure work permits are obtained/ issued as required, safety requirements are met and

the implementation of “HOLD POINTS” as and when required.

• Ensure that all project and test documentation is correctly produced and securely filed.

• Hold daily progress meeting and maintain daily contact with management to report daily

progress.

• Carry out employee evaluations, arrange training course for (HSEQ).

• Ensure that all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and safety regulations.

FIELD ENGINEER

• I supervise and coordinate to the contractors and subcontractors regarding the daily work

activities.

• Invites surveyors and quality control inspectors for pre-commissioning and

commissioning, final inspections and testing of equipments, including KONE elevators

. hydro-test, leak testing, flushing of pipeline for Fire protection, HVAC, Cooling

towers.

• Monitoring of ongoing daily works activities,materials, and implements various safety

programs on site.

• Mainly responsible for motivating workers in completing their targets and company’s

objectives and goals.

• Scheduling of manpower, equipments, materials base on target schedules and deadlines.

• Make a progress report about the completion of the project.

• To resolve dispute on documentation, plans, drawings, schedules base on actual site

condition.

• Issue site direction or field change request for any changes or make an as-built drawing.

• Invite consultants and walk through to see any necessary changes, conflict on the plans,

drawings base on actual site condition .

• Conduct daily meeting with the subcontractor and the management.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

• Conduct inspection of different pipes, fittings, structures, vessels, tanks and accessories

and includes corrosion protection paintings / wrapping of pipes prior for below/above

ground installations.

• Inspect and witness final installation of pipeline including hydro-test and leak testing

and flushing.

• Visual inspections of welding.

• Ensure that drawings are correctly interpreted and carried out properly including field

inspections, testing to ensure quality of works and meets the specifications.

• Identified different punch lists and to be close out for the completion of the project.

• Served as an assistant Mechanical manager to inspect, supervise and coordinate of

ongoing construction works.

• Make a preparation and requisition of materials and equipments to be use.

• Review and evaluate all incoming documents correlating with the ongoing and future

works.

• Provide updated and proper documentations for site use, maintain and conduct regular

meeting with the team to ensure a mutual understanding and cooperation in carrying out

• Responsible for maintaining and to prevent failure of the machines .

• Direct reporting to production manager for daily preventive maintenance schedule and

repair works of the equipments and machines.

• Provide information and instructions for the workers regarding for their safety to avoid

injury.

• Responsible for the repair of the machines and equipments including electrical .
