$2.5B manufacturer and distributor of electrical components and utility

equipment used in the power grid.

Directed corporate and operational accounting functions for the Utility

Division ($400MM). Managed multi-plant operations, reporting directly to

the President. Areas of responsibility included Reporting, Consolidations,

Planning & Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Operations Accounting, and Credit

& Collections. Oversaw SOX Compliance, M&A Analysis, Due Diligence &

Integration.

. Established a financial and reporting structure for division including

the integration of three new acquisitions on company ERP systems,

Finance, Materials Management, Production Scheduling & Control, Human
