Plant Manager (2008 to present).

Promoted to hold full responsibility for quality, cost and delivery from a

2-shifts/1300 employee manufacturing facility, supplying electrical parts

to Chrysler, Ford and Volvo. Support areas include new product launches,

capital equipment justification, tool design and procurement, new

technology integration and part/process specifications.

. Successfully launched 5 new high volume production lines during the

second semester of 2009 exceeding the quality, cost and delivery targets.

. Implemented 5 S and MOTO concepts throughout the company; and

successfully completed TS16949 and ISO14000 audits over past three years.

. Established a Champion Production line which is a benchmark in quality,

efficiency, and lead time for other Yarmex facilities.

. Provided manufacturing support to other Yarmex facilities to successfully

launch difficult new production lines.

. Reduced Manufacturing cost by 25 % exceeding 2009-2010 Planned Forecasts.

Divisional Quality Assurance Manager. (2003 to 2007).

Promoted to take the lead of the Quality Assurance function over 5 Yarmex

plants. Responsibilities included auditing Quality Systems, processing

Customer Claims and 8 D's, coordinating External Reworks, verifying Launch

Certification plans, and supporting Customer Assembly plants.

Quality Control Manager. (1988 to 2003)

Promoted to manage the Quality Control Department during the growth of the

company from one to three facilities. Activities included: Incoming

Inspection, Process Inspection, Final Audit, ISO/TS-16949 registration,

Engineering Changes implementation, and Quality Assurance. Part of the team

that achieved multiple Pentastar awards from Chrysler Corporation.

Quality Assurance Superintendent (1987 to 1988)

In charge of the Quality Assurance Department. Duties included Incoming

Inspection, development of PEDSA first Quality Manual, Production Equipment

/ Tooling certifications, and Customer Complaints processing.

Process Quality Coordinator (1986 to 1987).

In charge of the SPC program implementation at the start up of the

company. Duties included the design of sampling plans, process capability

studies, SPC charts, and quality instructions for all manufacturing
