heating, residential lighting, electrical lawn & garden products and

specialty fastening tools operating in retail, construction and industrial

channels with industry leading brands (Remington, Master, Heath Zenith,

Reddy Heater)

Corporate Vice President Human Resources and Administration

Direct all human resource, environmental and safety and risk management

initiatives for five domestic and three international manufacturing and

distribution operations.

Secured $1.7mm in incentives from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance

Authority related to plant expansion in Bowling Green. Successfully

negotiated two labor agreements with the Sheet Metal Workers' International

Association resulting in labor cost increases of less than 2.5% per year.

Led organizational restructuring efforts to flatten organization and

eliminate $4mm in redundant divisional overhead expense.

acquisitions. Developed and implemented comprehensive global compensation

structure covering all salaried employees in 34 countries. Implemented

business warehouse module of SAP to provide electronic access to employee

data worldwide. Successfully outsourced administration of employee

relocation, travel and fleet management programs. Implemented electronic

benefits portal providing 24/7 access to all employee benefit programs.

Negotiated revised individual employment agreements for 52 key managers in

foreign jurisdictions. Successfully negotiated four-year collective

bargaining agreement with IBEW that saved the company $3.54mm over the life

of the agreement.

commercial garage doors and openers sold through independent distributors

under the Raynor, Chamberlain and LiftMaster brand names.
