• Receives the credit presentation approved by the Bank to create a loan specific list of

needed documentation from the borrower and/or lender. Reviews the credit approval in

detail for SBA eligibility.

• Responsible to determine whether all eligibility criteria have been met, addressed, and

documented in each loan file. Coordinates with the lender, provides instruction, and gathers

needs list items.

• Coordinates the ordering of title commitments; performs processing functions such as UCC

searches, legal review, corporate status verification, obtains insurance certificates, flood

status verification, etc.

• Gathers appropriate information to prepare SBA application documents, including

borrower signatures.

• Inputs information in the SBA lending solution software and e-tran to obtain the SBA

guaranty. Completes the SBA Authorization, creates a documentation checklist,

instructions for closing, and prepares closing documentation.

• Performs buddy audits with SBA processors for regulatory bodies. Copies and prepares a

file for permanent storage and maintenance.

• Monitors and reconciles all necessary disbursements. Performs other duties as assigned

• Review all payments and draws that are rejected through proof processing.

• Receiving and posting all incoming mail payments for all affiliates.

• Balancing and verification on new loans that are loaded on the Advanced Consumer Loan
