Responsibilities:

Designed and created a large scale "margin tracking spreadsheet" in

Excel which was successfully deployed for use to the entire company,

used to monitor daily profit and revenue by Executives, Management,

Sales and company investors on a daily basis to oversee operations.

Spreadsheet managed operations instrumental in running the business

including but not limited to: uniques generated from each premium

partner by day; uniques and impressions generated by each ad network per

day, daily pacing via campaign flight dates and sold rates per IO;

campaign to date and daily clicks, campaign to date and daily cost,

partner and network revenue, partner and network profit, partner and

network margin, effective CPM, etc. A manual process averaging 8 hours

of work a day in manual calculations was cut down to 3 and allowed the

company to obtain visibility into multiple business relationships and

subsequent monetary impact.

QA'd data entry in proprietary platform during alpha stage development -

recommended new features and improvements; found and reported bugs.

Reported directly to the Vice President of Client Services, and worked

closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development

and Director of Advertising Technology to help manage campaign process,

coordinate deliverables and maintain strong affiliate relationships with

our Premium Partners.

Created a second excel spreadsheet that automated all weekly reporting

equations for affiliate partners, saving approximately one days worth of

work a week in manual calculations of metrics using data from multiple

platforms.

Trained and mentored new Intern, a recent Mathematics graduate from

Cornell in the business of online advertising. Provided trainings and

taught her specific metrics / variables used for our operations.

Orchestrated her skills to be involved when needed on various projects,

delegated daily data input responsibilities to her and other assigned

tasks.

Designed and created campaign newsletters distributed to all premium

partners which highlighted new campaign launches and opportunities for

revenue share with partners.
