Job Duties: Responsible for assisting the DDS in operating a successful dining services

department. Ensure that wait staff and cooks are serving superior quality food to residents,

employees and guests from the community. Seek new ways to provide hospitality options to the

account. Direct and conduct safety, sanitation and maintenance programs. Hire, train and look to
