Senior Human Resources Manager, 30th Medical Command, Germany, 09/2008 – Present

Manage personnel service support for officers and enlisted for deployable multi-functional Medical Command supporting

over 2500 soldiers– Command consists of two divisions with 16 reporting units spread throughout Germany. Analyze

personnel strengths and requirements to ascertain shortages. Focus on personnel readiness, Unit Status Report (USR) and

strength management. Additional assignments include: Platoon Sergeant charged with welfare and professional

development of 7 NCOs and 6 Soldiers, Family Readiness Liaison, SOM/NCOM Board Member.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Selected over 6 other seniors to serve as command G-1 NCOIC
