Summary of Experience

I have been working in this field for 16 years now. For 10 of the 16 years

I held the title of Customer Service Manager. A title to me doesn't matter,

what matters is the work is done at the end of the day and each and every

customer has been taken care and are happy. I realize all my experience is

in the Chemical/Janitorial/Packaging field but Customer Service is needed

in any business. Customer Service is Customer Service.

Customer Service/Inside Sales

Verbally I was refered to as the Customer Service Manager, titles do not

mean anything to me. I was the trainer for any new reps coming in, I did

all the ordering for office supplies and printed items for the office. I

assisted the A/R person as time permitted.

. I trained the Customer Service Reps in Youngsville office and

continued to assist them until I left the company.

. I am a fast learner at computer systems and know most all types of

product lines. I get along well with others and am always happy to help

them out.

. I was the inside rep for the biggest accounts. I got to know the

people personally and I got the orders ready and delivered on time every

time.

Lead Janitorial Customer Svc Rep

When I began working at xpedx, I had no experience in this industry but I

was determined to not only learn but to best that I could be. The business

seems to come natural to me. I really enjoyed working with my Salesman and

Customes. It was very easy to get to know people. I worked well with

irate people and could calm them down and solve their problems. I was

always learning new products and worked well with all the salespeople.

. I was promoted to the Lead Customer Service Rep and trainer for all

new reps.

. I know product and am good with customer's. I handle irate

customer's without any problems. Once I am through with them, I have

made them happy.

. I am easy to get along with wether it is a salesperson or a fellow

employees. I am very patient and want to make sure my point is across

and it is understood.
