• Insurance Claim resolution experience related to Hurricane damages, Oil & Produced
Water spills including the associated reporting requirements.
• Practical knowledge of RRC Tight Gas requirements.
• Acted as Company point of contact for intended conversion of Accounting, Production,
Report Writing & Land modules from P2 to Enertia during a contemplated acquisition.
• Able to read and understand Drilling & Completion Reports, Production Reports, Leases,
Processing Agreements and others related to the industry.
• Assisted in analyzing various Companies as potential acquisitions candidates including
various Due Diligence activities and review of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA).

• Small Business creation and management experience.

used in Drilling and Completing Oil and Gas wells.
