safety and cost goals. Managed 162 drivers, 9 office associates and 8
supervisors.

satellite buildings
. Worked closely with the Automotive Department to increase PMI's and
reduce breakdowns by 20% on our fleet of 100 tractors.

Dispatch Manager (1991 - 1992)
Manager of the Meadowlands, NJ, Midnight Dispatch Operation. Supervised
controlling movements between Hub to Preload, Airport and Rail Operations.
Oversaw 35 Preload moves, over 60 railroad moves and over 15 Airport moves
of over 160,000 packages a night.
. Reduced the number of yard workers by 4 saving the company $320,000 a

Dispatch Manager (1991)
Manager of the Saddlebrook, NJ, Dispatch Department. Managed the entire
operation 24/7, of 80 drivers 4 supervisors and 5 Clerical Associates.

Industrial Engineer Manager (1990 - 1991)
As an Industrial Engineering Manager I was assigned to an International
Marketing project based out of Stanford, Conn. for 6 months. The project
was a new service enhancement. My responsibility was to track and report
the growth of the service roll out.
Industrial Engineering Section Manager (1985 - 1990)
Promoted from Supervisor to an Industrial Engineering Manager, responsible
for transportation scheduling, work measurement and time studies.
Responsible for Maintenance and Air Operations from an IE stand point.
During this time, helped open the largest building on the East Coast,
opened and designed a new dispatch office, opened a new air sort and a new
airport operations building at Newark International Airport. Implemented a
new measurement system utilized to improve maintenance production. Hired
and trained new supervisors to develop them for long term success,

operating plans for the dispatch office and driver schedules. This was
the largest building on the East Coast servicing over 700,000 packages a
day.
