Point of contact for AGS forecasting of global Intel demand.

Worked with regional Intel accounts to analyze and forecast local demand,

verified accuracy against historical demand and rolled this data up into

global forecast each month.

Provided root causal data for over/under forecast impacting customer

uptime

Used statistical analysis to guide Intel planners in determining local

forecast to improve accuracy >95%

Replenishment Planner (Exch Parts) Applied Materials

2004-2006

. Front line support for AGS B>W program to reduce E&O and improve

acceptance of warranty parts

. Mitigated NTB signal each week and directed regions to local or global

available W part.

. Initiated cycle time improvement team to drive down B>W part return lead

time, cycle time reduced by four weeks by end of my tenure.

. Coordinated with QA a repair part reliability performance presentation to

communicate the improvements made in W part quality to help gain account

team acceptance.

Created, released, and updated new product introduction material

strategies including risk assessments, supplier performance, and forecast

modeling of photolithography product lines
