Responsibilities included: Ensured that construction plans were in
agreement with customer expectations and identify points at which
contractual obligations were met. Proposed all construction change
requests, created RFI's, sent submittals, onsite change orders, and pay
requests. Coordinated with subcontractors, vendors, government agencies,
and owners (State of Florida -FDOT, City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville
Electric Authority, Jacksonville Port Authority, US Navy, and private /
commercial developers) on residential, highway, utility, and bridge
construction projects in excess of $13,000,000. Reviewed engineering
designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to
identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement
solutions. Monitored any on-site crane lifts to assure compliance with
regulations. Created spreadsheets or design tables as necessary to organize
raw data into cohesive information for reports or proposals. Monitored
material delivery and usage to minimize waste and improve crews production
speed by having needed materials on hand. Verified invoices with meticulous

Jacksonville), I was able to procure a different source for fill
