Land Development P rojects B udgets: $100k to $14M
Hempstead Hall Auditorium – Designed site layout with proposed grading plan and utility plan for the
33-acre property that implements an indoor/outdoor auditorium. The project is currently under
construction and has had no inquiries.
C lark County Class IV Landfill Expansion – Produced and compiled permit plans for the landfill
expansion including a hydrological study of water table elevation and surface runoff calculations.
T ransportation Design P rojects B udgets: $100k to $1M
The Village at Hendrix, Sanders Street Extension – Connected commercial development to existing city
street system including f lood study and storm drainage. Provided an alternative design for 18” gravity
sewer main.
P rovidence Loop – Refurbished existing county road to accommodate heavy traffic at new t ransfer
station.
Ut ility and Storm D rainage P rojects B udgets: $100k to $750k
Providence Loop Sanitary Sewer Force Main – Designed an approximate 1 mile long force main to
convey wastewater from new transfer station to existing sanitary sewer system.
Fountain Lake Storm Sewer System – Managed the design and construction of a 1.25 mile long storm
sewer system that collected a 116-acre watershed area adjacent to site and discharged stormwater
r unoff to nearby Saline River.
