• RPSS Contract Support Leader (part-time):
Project Manager for military contractor supporting training for U.S. Air Force OSI
Agents. My duties are to recruit, train, and schedule civilian roles players (CRPs) and
foreign language speakers (FLSs) for tactical and cultural training in Counter Threat
Operations Course; Basic and Advanced for OSI Agents deploying to the Middle East.
Training scenarios require that I issue and maintain Arabic style garments, firearms,

• Sergeant/ Training and Planning Office :
Training officer responsible for the department's firearms training and qualification
program along with training officers in use of force, pursuit guidelines and domestic
violence laws. My assignment included command, training and qualification of the
department's fifteen (15) officer Tactical Services Unit. My duties also included
supervision, inventory, and inspection of the police armory to facilitate issuing firearms,
ammunition, OC spray and other munitions for the patrol division, detective bureau and
Tactical Services Unit. I was authorized to make all procurements of weapons,
ammunition, tactical gear and munitions by the Chief of Police. I was also municipal
coordinator for counter terrorism investigations and /or operations by local, state and
federal agencies within the Town of Kearny. I was certified by the NJ Police Training
Commission (PTC) as a police academy instructor and instructed at the Passaic County
Police Academy when requested.
• Detective Sergeant/ Narcotics and Vice Unit:
Commanded and supervised detectives in drug related investigations. This assignment
included overseeing proper use of confidential informants, lawful search, seizure and
arrests of offenders. My assignment also required me to supervise detectives handling
contraband and confiscated monies to insure proper disposition of evidence. I also
instructed and assisted detectives in the preparation of affidavits for search warrants with
the NJ Superior Court. My duties included supervising the execution of search warrants,
arrest, search and seizure and subsequent bail arrangements.
