Managing all financial aspects of a portfolio of

commercial property (office, retail, residential

& hotels) held across c. 100 special purpose

companies, joint ventures and partnerships

Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for

approx 60 companies in the group across rental,

investment, development, trading, and hotel

operations.

Compliance & taxation management across group

acquisitions and disposals.

Management of group creditors and creditor

discounts and payment plans. Implementation and

control of new Purchase Order System to ensure

group costs in respect of all goods and services

updates on all properties including tenancy &
