Resident Engineer: (Oct.1994 - Aug. 2000) Plant Launch Coordinator -

Responsible for all aspects of product launch for new products as well as

product design changes. Participating in customer launches, design

reviews, manufacturing reviews, PSW's and program management meetings.

Responsible for all changes to drawings. Liaison between the corporate

office and plant to ensure successful launches while bringing new products

to market.

Data and Document Control Supervisor - Developed a working system for

Document and Data Control. Responsible for assuring that the entire

Document Control Department was in compliance with QS9000 requirements to

maintain certification.

General - Developed a Blue Print Training Course. This training was a

requirement for all skilled labor. Responsible for training employees,

plant wide, on specific modules.
