Managing Employees and Sub Contractors from Groundbreaking to a Turn Key
product. Listing and selling the Contractor Spec homes I had built with my
KY Real Estates License. I also do Electrical Contracting work through KB
Botts Enterprises Inc. with my KY Master Electricians and Electrical
Contractors Licenses. With my experiences in these fields I also saw the
need for Home Inspections and obtained my KY Home Inspection Certification
in 2003 and KY home Inspectors License in 2006 when Licensing became
mandatory in KY and started Safe & Sound Home Inspection Professionals as a
DBA of KB Botts Enterprises Inc. Most recently is the addition of my BPI
Building Analyst/Energy Auditor Training, BPI certification. I am also
willing to further my education to fulfill any job requirements.
