District Manager responsible for managing 120 part time merchandisers and

reset teams throughout New York State for large nationwide merchandising

company. Awarded "District Manager of the Year". Responsibilities

included: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling

assignments, and development of field merchandisers and reset teams in all

retail environments.

This included general merchandising, resets, new store openings, apparel,

HBA, cosmetic resets, electronics, software, office and business supplies,

books, food, planogram maintenance, new item cut-ins for both project based

and continuity assignments. Maintained corporate commitment of 100% on

time completion of all Corporate goals and objectives.

80% travel to all assigned areas to ensure on time completion of all
