Description:
ATG Customer Service work stream of the Tesco.com Change Program
allows the customer to register/sign-in, access the account details, order
products, manage orders and return a product by calling the Commerce
Service Centre, by logging in Tesco.com or In store at the direct desk
which aims at streamlining the entire customer service operations, thereby
increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
CSC also has Online Self-service which provides the general help,
FAQs, static and dynamic chat service .The customers will also have the
facility to request for a call back. In addition to that, all order related
services will be available online.

Description:
The purpose of the Instore is to allow customers access to the full
range of Tesco.com products and systems while standing shoulder to shoulder
with in-store staff. ATG Instore application is internet explorer based,
and will sit in a 'wrapper' on the current in-store tills. The internet
explorer based application will connect to the central systems to provide
all the functionality of the website: registration, product browsing,
product ordering, delivery options and payment. As well as product
ordering, this application will also allow the customer access to ATG CSC
functions, allowing the GA to manage customer orders, add tickets to
customer orders, offer customer refunds and produce labels for returns.
The wrapper will allow ATG Instore access to a number of other functions
currently present on the in-store till, such as the handheld scanner. The
wrapper will also allow Instore application to swap into Storeline, thus
allowing the customer ability to buy non-direct products at the direct
desk. This solution therefore offers a unified and improved customer
experience and optimized product and service fulfillment.

Description:
VVM is a new feature for Apple iPhone, where user can view/play the
mailbox voice file in the handset itself. Global Visual Voice also provides
a general purpose interface that allows smart handsets to receive
notification of received voice mail. Information about the message can then
be displayed at the handsets, which may retrieve, organize, redirect or
dispose of the messages as the client desires. Support is also provided for
voice mailbox greetings management by the handset.
VVM has three major components. The first one is CAP (Communication
Application Platform) which will send the voice message information or
events and it is developed in Linc and Algol languages. VVMBL (VVM Business
Logic) is the next component developed in Java which will process the
events and send it to IMAP Server. The last one is IMAP Server written in
C, which will update its own mailbox with the input data sent by VVMBL.

the needs of today's rapidly changing competitive market. It is based on a
suite of platform-independent applications that are designed to be easily
deployed, extended and modified. The AirCore solution provides a number of
benefits including customer centric processing, the ability to adapt
quickly to an ever changing market, the need for transparent change and
lower development, maintenance and deployment costs.

Description:
In a highly attractive procurement market wooed aggressively by
many vendors, Target consistently sought to improve its positioning by
offering value added applications around its business exchange. With time
to market a critical driver for success, the client decided to leverage
TCS's expertise to enhance the features of the exchange, we offered the
client a phased rollout approach to meet the Target mandate requirements
and we offered end-to-end solution for implementing the IMN Application.
This application is for both Merchant and Vendor. Merchants can create new
product by using some functionality like, follows some hierarchy, it
includes the development of a business process execution application and
integration with existing legacy GMS (Global Maintenance System) of the
client.
Project #6 : Enterprise Office Suit (EOS)

Description:
An Enterprise Office Suit tool that facilitates tracking of
myriad activities during project execution, starting right from its
conception to realization, Issues that arise while executing these
activities can be conveniently handled and tracked. Reports generated for
project task wise progress and issue average lifetime and average Issue
handling time prove extremely useful for productivity and quality analysis.

Description:
The Equipment Tracking System was developed as a
tool to maintain all the details about the equipment used in ISS Private
Limited. The tool helps the Administration, System Administration and
Projects Departments to automate the equipment handling procedure. This
tool allows Administration Department to enter the details regarding the
shipments, Invoice and Re-export of equipment.
