engineering in the sales process, and staff consolidations.

8. Achieved highest sales per person of any Nordson U.S. zone in 1999

by 14%. Result of successfully realigning territories and

implementing market specific Field-of-Focus program.

9. Surpassed 1997 Nordson sales budget by 20% for liquid adhesive

systems in U.S. and Canada by spearheading the start-up of a

venture group to market newly acquired Dutch product line.

10. Generated unprecedented sales growth in China, averaging

approximately 30% per year, reached after analyzing business,

developing and implementing plans to change from distributor to

direct sales and service, while on special assignment in Hong Kong

during 1994.

11. Exceeded three consecutive annual sales budgets by an average of
