billing current. Assist Fiscal Officer during Audit.

Researched invoices to assure accuracy, financial

statement notes and for departmental questions. Copies and

distributes invoices to departments. Responsible for the

special events planning and petty cash disperse and

reconciliation. Prepare and deliver billing for facility

every 15-30 days.
