A seasoned professional of construction management within the
telecommunication/construction industry. Proficient with the coordination
of multiple construction projects involving multiple contractors and

pre/post inspection audits, microwave installs, power upgrades, and fiber/T-
1 installations. Excellent comprehension of the principals of RF
configurations, as well as, their products. Experience with development,
real estate and leasing, permitting, and direct participation in site
designs. Responsibilities have included employee and contractor management
and distribution of work necessary to complete the overall project at hand.
Familiar with wireless carrier and tower owners such as, but not limited
to: AT&T, US Cellular, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint- Nextel, Cingular, Alltel,
Fiber Tower, IPCS Wireless, American Tower, GTP, Clearwire, and Crown
Castle.
Excellent communication skills with a great attention to detail. Knowledge
of varying policies and construction practices, as well as, local and state
government policies. Well versed with Microsoft Office, networking,
hardware/software configurations, and other various programs. Ability to
read and develop blueprints (cad familiar), including soil tests, tower
foundation, structure, and any other drawing or documents pertaining to
construction projects. Experienced in reporting daily/weekly activities,
as well as, excellent forecasting abilities. Conducted and participated in
bid walks, establishing/reviewing quotes, reviewing subcontractor
bids/contracts, developing final pricing matrixes, and maintaining P&L.
Over 10 years of hands on Residential/Commercial Carpentry, Steel, Civil,
