Principal, French Consulting Services 2007 - Current. Provide operational,
supply chain, contingent workforce, and vendor management optimization.
Reengineer processes. Utilize Six Sigma, lean and project management
methodologies. Completed feasibility analysis on government contracts for
a small industrial company. Provided vendor management & contingent
workforce optimization program for large internet company, leading to a
change over in software application for tracking purposes & rollout and
implementation on a global basis.
Corporate Lead Resource Manager, Manpower Inc., 1999 to 2007. Responsible
for P&L level management of global domestic business, budgets, relocation,
quality, payroll, benefits, policies, procedures, regulatory compliance,
taxes and work status for professional staffing company. Utilized Six Sigma
processes to manage fifteen professionals who were remotely located,
consisting of nine managers, two administrators and four data coordinators.
