WORK EXPERIENCE
Computer Support Technician, Erickson Air Crane (2010): As an IT support
intern, supported over 400 end users in their use of PC hardware ranging
from thin clients to CAD systems, application software, computer networks,
peripherals, etc. Monitored and managed help desk requests including
configuring and installing new software and hardware. Also preformed
troubleshooting and diagnostic work with PC workstations,
software/hardware, as well as other diverse support functions.
Lead Electronics Technician (6 years), MTS and Tyco Electronics, White
City, Oregon. Responsibilities included the following: supervising
technicians and overseeing a chemical etching line; scheduling jobs; use of
a wide variety of electronic tools and meters in order to produce inner
layers for computers and other electronic products; testing circuit boards
for quality control, and related functions.
Military: Served in the United States Navy (1990-1992) as a boiler
technician.
