Project: Health Insurance plans and Billing.

Client is an Application Software provider for various Health Insurance Plans.

• Developed and enhanced of GUI application for different health insurance plans. Tested, debugged codes, and tuned

the application to enable real time processing of user query requests. Developed procedures, triggers and periodical

reports.

Environment: Oracle 7.3, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 4.5 and Reports 2.5 Designer 1.2.

• Designed logic for migration and conversion of DB2 data to Oracle Database. Developed Entity Relationship (ER)

model, assisted in design of logical and physical database design. Developed stored procedures, functions and

database triggers for batch processing applications Inventory system, Cash Management System and Personal

Information Systems.

Environment: Windows 95, UNIX, SqlPlus, PL/Sql, Oracle Designer and, SQL Forms 3.0.
