insurance is verified through our CIV department and inform patients of their benefits.

Order supplies for all clinics when needed. Create and set up charts for commercial

insurance, Medicare, Workers Comp patients, personal injury and auto.

It was my responsibility to maintain and update insurance licenses.

I worked independently maintaining a database which included approximately 130

agents. It was my responsibility to renew, re-instate, and apply for new insurance

licenses for the agents. I ran weekly updated spreadsheets for our clients regarding what

licenses were active and ready for calling. I took care of any address changes or name

changes as well. Other responsibilities included processing payments online and

requesting checks for specific states, mailing out the checks in a timely fashion,

maintaining agent files, corresponding with states regarding any licensing issues, and

corresponding with our clients as well regarding the agents. I also worked in other

departments of the company during my employment. I worked in the IT department

running daily reports with specific deadlines. I also worked as a supervisor in our

verification department. I had approximately 15 to 20 people under me. It was my

responsibility to be sure that all sales were verified within a specific amount of time and

distributing all recordings accordingly to be sure that all deadlines were met. I worked

in HR as well and helped out with new hire and term files. I have a lot of experience in

computers and many office machines as well. I worked independently on a daily basis

and would converse with my manager, who worked in Indiana whenever any issues

would arise. I also spent a good amount of time on the phone conversing with clients and

insurance departments from all 50 states to take care of any insurance issues for our

agents.
