The President of the group successfully negotiated the annual salary’s increases, in a moment of highly

economic restriction, according with the parameter established for the HQ.

The employee handbook for expatriates as well as for local employees were developed according with U.S.

labor laws and Spaniard guidelines and risk areas were reduced.
