PROFILE
• 13 years of progressive IT experience throughout the system development life-cycle using Rational Unified
Process and SCRUM in business requirements analysis, design, development, and implementation on a
wide variety of enterprise applications developed on Windows and UNIX platforms using various
languages and 3rd party software. This includes production support.
• Primary development experience has been in Java/J2EE (Java Beans, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS,
Web Services), Spring, Hibernate, Unix Shell/Bourne Scripting, Perl, VBScripting and Windows-based
applications written in C# and VB.NET. Some experience in Javascript.
• Some experience in developing reports using Crystal Reports 10.
• Strong knowledge and academic experience with Java Server Faces, Struts, ASP.NET, WCF, AJAX, CSS,
Spring MVC,
• Lead team of three developers in supporting a client/server enterprise application written in VB6 and
backend of SQL Server 2000.
• Strengthened leadership and communication skills serving as a lead in the monitoring effort of a J2EE
application prior to its first release, and as a lead in reviewing and delegating application refactoring
recommendations to development team.
• Proficiently assisted Project Managers in steering a few projects from business requirements analysis
through delivery.

applications, and some Web based applications in the Home Equity/Mortgage and Investment
Management Domain.

applications. After one month at Wells Capital Management I handled production support for over 12
applications on Windows and Unix based platforms, about one-third of these applications were time critical
enterprise applications.
• Supported the maintenance of all environments (development, test and production), where I had to apply
window updates, sync up passwords and libraries, install third party software and applications.
• Improved maintenance and support of Lehman Import process where it required the business to add or
remove an indice to a property string in a configuration file, instead of hard coding the indice value.
• Improved the process of adding static data to the MS-SQL database for a Document Preparation system.
• Participated in converting all data exchange methods from GreenNet to a standard process using Connect
Direct (NDM).
