Administrative Manager
Key Results:
Assisted employees with customer service issues, consistently meeting and exceeding 24 hour turnaround thereby
defusing escalation of complaints.
Held group meeting each morning to communicate the previous day’s performance, matters requiring resolution and
expectations of daily and weekly goals.
Opened or closed the store daily ensuring the safety of employees and customers by use of security systems.
Provided oversight for daily cash management assuring the correct handling of cash receipts, store credits and

Produced a daily business report detailing the transactions of the previous day and an accounting of the cash and
