RESEARCH PROJECTS:

Modifications of aquaculture vaccine for effective oral administration in

fish

In this study, a technology is sought to protect DNA vaccine for oral

administration. The main objective of the study is to determine whether DNA

vaccine for mycobacteriosis can be effectively compounded into orally

administrable formulations with chitosan and polylactide -co- glycolide

nanoparticles. A recombinant strain expressing Mycobacterium marinum BCG

Ag85a has been used as plasmid DNA for this experiment.
