Conceived, developed and executed a comprehensive strategic plan for the launch of a new business division within a
national construction organization. Identified and generated over $2 billion in construction opportunities at colleges
and universities throughout the country. Projects included student housing, science and technical facilities, athletic
facilities, and infrastructure on a hard bid, design-build, and construction management basis.
Principal, Vivoda Associates, Inc. 1991 – 2007
Managing partner of a privately-held national real estate development, full service construction management and
consulting firm. Led comprehensive business development efforts in securing client base. Results demonstrated
significant gains in year-over-year profit leading to exceptional growth and annual billings of $30 million.
Real estate development arm oversaw all phases of condominium and commercial in-fill projects. Strategic efforts
included property acquisition, negotiation and securing of financing, design, entitlement and construction. Notable

analytic skills to chart a course for project completion after thorough review and assessment of the state of completion,
status of contractual requirements and payment status. Services included comprehensive pre-construction services,

development and construction projects. Successfully managed the entitlement, design and construction processes for
five senior living properties throughout the country for Brookdale Living Communities valued at $250 million.
Managed and supervised the construction and land development of more than 1 million square feet of warehouse
distribution facilities for 3M, Frito-Lay, Bridgestone-Firestone and Successories.
