I have * years in customer service and 1 year in an office
environment. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
with every type of customer. I am experienced in controlling escalated
customer issues and can develop effective solutions to resolve those
issues while maintaining great customer rapport and customer
satisfaction. I have sufficient computer skills and can type at least
60 words per minute. I excel learning new systems and services much
quicker than others. I am also bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.
