UNITED BASEBALL USA, INC. 2008-2011

Director

Was responsible for overseeing the operations and accounting functions of

Baseball USA, a non-profit 501(c) youth baseball and softball organization.

Oversaw all general business administration duties including financial

reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and payroll for the entire facility.

The 35 acre facility includes corporate offices, retail pro shop,

instructional cages, batting cages, three concessions buildings, and eleven

baseball and softball fields for leagues and tournaments.

THE MERIDIAN RESOURCE CORPORATION 1999-2008

Manager, Financial Reporting

Responsible for the financial reporting of the company, including corporate

consolidations, general ledger accounting activities, and internal and

external corporate reporting.

Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual managerial reports, including SEC

Form 10-Q and

10-K reports. Responsible for footnote writing and editing, including M

D & A.

Maintained general ledger accounting controls and closing procedures,

including SOX compliance.

Manager, Partnership Accounting and Reporting, (1998-1999)

Managed accounting and reporting activity of all Coastal production

payments and related partnerships. Developed and maintained necessary

standards procedures, covering all accounting operations. Managed

preparation of budgets and forecasts relating to such operations.

Analyzed and recommended producing properties for inclusion in a $300

million production payment sold to a consortium of banks.

Prepared analysis and documentation for twelve new production payments

totaling $86 million for current drilling activities sold by Coastal to

limited partnerships.

Established and maintained accounting and reporting procedures for three

new limited partnerships.

(1995-1998)

Managed forecasting and budgeting activities of Exploration and Production

activities for four Coastal partnership-drilling programs. Directed all

production payment accounting activities for Coastal.

Developed procedures and formats for production payment accounting and

reporting.

Managed staff of five in preparation of 1996 through 1998 annual budgets

for Exploration and Production Division.

Developed new monthly forecast package for division management.
