and outside of contract negotiations,
7. Partner with field management and HR teams to ensure their through
knowledge of and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and
applicable workplace regulations including safety and health issues,
8. Conduct a continuing study of industry information, competitive
trends, pending and enacted legislation, arbitration decisions and
collective bargaining agreements to assess industry trends,
9. Develop, implement and support best practices in all parts of the
business,
10. Formulate and make tactical recommendations on company pre-election
campaigns
11. Interface pro-actively with management and labor officials to avert
potential labor relations problems,
12. Conduct meetings to advise management on new developments in labor
relations,
