I was responsible for any claims made by our customers or for the company itself on any damages done made by the

freight companies. Answer any calls the customers had regarding their claim or their orders. I was responsible to file the

claims on behalf of the customers or our company for any damage freight that came in. Once the claim was paid by the

freight company I would make sure that the customer's account was credited and saw to it that the customer's material

was replaced with a new order .I was also responsible to keep track of the driver's log sheets.
