SKILLS:

Extremely skilled in all aspects of commercial and Marine Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Service and

Repair. Total experience well over 12 years. Very familiar with RTU’s, Splits, Air Source & water

Source heat pumps, Central chillers, AHU’s, VAV’s, Walk in & Reach In Coolers & freezers, Blast

Freezers, Ice machines, cooling Towers, Modulating valves, TXV’s, single and 3 phase motors and

starters, thermal & magnetic overloads and most importantly HVAC Controls.

I am very familiar with troubleshooting with right tools. For example I do not check integrity of a

compressor with a Multi-Meter but only with a Megger. Very conversant with low voltage and line

Voltage Controls, Thermostats, High/Low Pressure controls, Flow controls, Freeze, defrost controls,

Timers, relays, Contactors and other controls. I can rebuild. Redesign control circuits where needed.

Recovery and Re-use of Refrigerants, HCFC’s and HFC’s, retrofits.

Solid Hands On experience.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

MS word, Excel. Some Auto CAD experience.

Teaching as a Part Time Instructor at Technical College Level on Commercial HVAC and

Commercial Electrical technology. Also was an Instructor for BOMI.
