Sales Center Manager (1/97 to 5/06)

Overall responsibility for all functions within the Sales Center including OPEX management, sales

volume performance, brand/package management, trade execution of business plans, warehouse

operations distribution, financial results, safety and community relations. Total Sales Center

employment was 62 including six direct reports in 2005. The 2005 case volume was 1.8m.

Ÿ Implemented RAR (Retail Account Representative) system in the spring of 2003

reduction in force

Manager. As Sales Manager, I performed those duties.

District Manager (7/93 - 3/96)

Responsible for all Sideload and Bulk sales and deliveries in a designated geographical area.

Sales Manager - Roddy Coca-Cola (1/85 - 6/93)

Implemented conversion to pre-sell system in 7/91. In 7/93, Coca-Cola Enterprises purchased

Roddy Coca-Cola. The

Sales Manager position was eliminated and I assumed the role of a District Manager.
