. Wafra Investment Advisory Group in the formation of an $1-1.5 billion SAR
real estate investment fund which complied with the Islamic investment
principles (Shari'ah) for investments in North America and Europe
. The Athena Group, L.L.C. in connection with the formation of a domestic
real estate investment fund.
. A major international bank in a joint venture with a major U.S. bank to
invest in a portfolio consisting of $500 million of affordable housing
units and a $200 million follow on investment in, and expansion of, the
joint venture.
. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in numerous purchases and sales of
various commercial and residential real estate assets.
. Strategic Real Estate Advisors Ltd. as advisor to various foreign clients
on acquisitions, financings and dispositions of substantial properties in
the United States. Transactions included: the acquisition of a $0.5
billion portfolio of office buildings, sale leaseback of corporate
headquarters of a major electronics company in New Jersey and a joint
venture with K. Hovnanian to develop a condominium project at 77 Hudson
Street, Jersey City, New Jersey, consisting of a 38 story luxury
residential tower, 10 story parking and 25,000 square feet of retail
space.
. Empire State Development Corporation, as ground lessor, in the leasing
and redevelopment of the 42nd Street Development Project, including 11
Times Square, a 1.1 million square foot 40 story building and One Bryant
Park, New York headquarters of the Bank of America, a 2.1 million square
foot, 52-story environmentally responsible building. Negotiation of
related documentation including construction guaranties and restrictive
declarations with the ground tenants and subordination non-disturbance
agreements with subtenants for office, retail and other uses, including
antennae licenses.
. Syracuse Industrial Development Agency and the City of Syracuse in
connection with Destiny USA's expansion of Carousel Center in Syracuse,
New York, a $15 billion project partially financed through the issuance

. Cappelli Enterprises in the development of a 1.1 million square foot
retail, entertainment and residential complex located in White Plains,
New York, including the sale of 150,000 square foot condominium unit to
Target.
. Various developers in the development and disposition of hotels involving
Setai, Hilton and other chains, including OTO Development in the sale of
a nationwide portfolio of 11 hotels.
. The Kuwait Investment Authority in connection with disposition of U.S.
properties, including a 2,000,000 square foot hotel and an office
building complex in Atlanta, Georgia
. Foreign client in the acquisition of a five star hotel in Beverly Hills
and the re-branding of the hotel, including the negotiation of a hotel
management agreement and technical services agreement with the hotel
manager.
. Credit Suisse in connection with leasing issues relating to their New
York City headquarters and in negotiating restaurant and wine bar
subleases and ancillary documentation including overlandlord's consent,
non-disturbance agreements, lease guaranties and letters of credit.
