great customer service while controlling budged labor, proper staffing, and on shift
coaching. Counted inventory weekly; took care of restaurant's A/P, maintranace,
scheduling, grocery and produce orders, hiring new employees, termination, enforced
policies and regulations.

Providing great customer service while proving our guests with delicious beverage and
food. Managed shift, overlooking a crew ranging from two to ten people. Provided on
shift coaching, training, and direction. Handled banking, opening and closing managerial
procedures, and made sure all company policies were executed properly.
