MULTIFUNCTIONAL LOGISTICIAN:
• Served in several areas of logistics; plans, training and operations, maintenance officer, support operations

first Warrior Transition Battalion in Europe; established Standard Operating Procedures; researched and

government transportation resources

submission of over 70 contract requests through the Army automated PRweb for over 7 years for all

ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Managed several property books (Platoon, Company and Battalion) with hundreds of items, of which one
valued in excess of $65 million with no loss. Managed 32 sub-hand receipt holders implemented and
enforced strict command supply discipline program
• Responsible for the regaining accountability of over $10 Million in abandoned property and $1 Million in
repair parts; identified and turned in over $2 Million in excess and non-mission capable equipment
• Managed two distinctively separate battalion maintenance and supply budgets (Medical and Special
Forces) worth $80,000 and $255,000 per year respectively for three years, 6 years cumulative
• Supervisor for a repair parts shipping and receiving section of a U.S. Army supply warehouse for 18 months
and as the Executive Officer of the warehouse for 15 months; maintaining a 99% inventory accuracy rating
RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION:
• Supervised a 240 Soldier company during combat operations to include a continuous/rigorous physical and
combat training, vehicle maintenance, coordinating leave schedules and combat operations. Developed a
comprehensive drivers program that trained and licensed over 40 soldiers on basic driving skills.
• Developed and maintained a comprehensive predeployment mission equipment and training requirement
database for an Special Forces Battalion; after approval, purchased, tracked, issued and accounted for over
$11 Million in equipment and supplies
• Direct supervisor to 25 military and 5 civilian employees; responsible for training scheduling, tracking and
approving leave and yearly evaluations.
• Served as a Forward Operating Base Mayor. Responsible for all facets of the sustainability of a 6500 man
base to include managing and prioritizing $85 million in contracts (force protection and quality of life),
organizing morale events, and daily interfacing with local and US contractors
• Responsible for the health and welfare of a 60 Soldier platoon, 180 and 240 Soldier company for over 24
months cumulatively
• Developed and trained Supply Sergeants, Executive officers and Supply Technicians on supply
accountability during quarterly training events
• Planned and executed monthly training events; hand selected to observe and evaluate two Joint Readiness
Center rotations as lead logistics officer
• For 18 Months, supervised unit maintenance program that ensured 98% mission capable rate; Improved
unit readiness rate through creative acquisitions which improved unit readiness from 88% to almost 94%
