Contract Position
Established the quality standards, processes, and procedures to improve the
quality of the final assemblies going to Case/New Holland, John Deere,
Military, and various other implement manufacturers. Updated and improved
the gage calibration system to pass the ISO9002 audit. Worked with
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Production Management to improve
weld line processes in regards to time improvement, product quality, work
place alignment, and sub assembly quality from suppliers.
11/2004 to 02/2009 Kraft Foods, Oscar Meyer Division
Crew Leader and Process Operator. Directed 2nd shift with 25 employees in
daily functions. Preformed the Safety systems audits and quality audits.
Preformed the document administration for the entire department in regards
to implementation of ISO 9002.

Contracting with several companies for training and education of ISO9000-
2001, QS9000, AS9000, and TS16949. Companies included metal finishing,
metal fabrication, plastics, agriculture, and automotive. All companies
